Serendipity Travel Experiences is a Mexican ground transportation operator headquartered in Tulum, Quintana Roo. We run our own fleet and employ our own chauffeurs across the Riviera Maya and Baja California Sur, which means the company you book is the company that shows up.

Two regions, one standard

In Quintana Roo we cover Cancun, Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen, Akumal, Tulum, Bacalar and Mahahual. In Baja California Sur we cover Cabo San Lucas, San Jose del Cabo and the Tourist Corridor. Same vehicles, same chauffeur training and same response times in both.

Why booking the operator matters

Most transfers sold online are resold two or three times before anyone is actually assigned to drive you, and you meet that person for the first time at the terminal. We hold the federal SICT permits required to legally pick up at Mexican airports, so the vehicle you reserved is not subcontracted the morning of your flight.

What booking with us looks like

Your reservation is confirmed by a person, not an automated queue. We watch the inbound flight and move the pickup if you land late, at no extra charge. Your chauffeur meets you inside the terminal with a name sign, and the price agreed before you travel is the price at the end of the ride. Nothing is added at the curb.
